This Distance Learning Course consists of a Workbook (which includes written exercises), an audio cassette recording of the lesson and a eyes closed visualization exercise recorded on audio cassette when appropriate for that lesson.

The purpose of the Weekend is to help people heal themselves of life's lessons and come back Alive and in love with life. It is about the power of our word when we give it with emotion, personal integrity and commitment. The many tools learned in the Weekend can prepare us to live our live with more enthusiasm, honesty and love.
